Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy (case to case basis) , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

**There will be strictly NO cancellation or refund of order due to change of mind once package is with courier / has been successfully delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return (case to case basis), you can contact us via email (refer to packing slip). We will assess and provide further details as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like mystery bags or cards which are advertised as "as-is" condition, unless the item was received wrongly. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For items which have been received wrongly, we will arrange with you to perform the return and sending of the correct product.  

Refunds
For products which require physical returns, we will process the refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned items within 3 business days. For refunds with no physical returns, we will process the refund within 3 business days after confirming with you that no physical returns are required.
