Cardingedge.com will do our best to provide accurate descriptions on all products. Certain weights, measurements and descriptions are approximates and are provided for convenience purposes only. All features, content, specifications, products, and price of products and services described, are subject to change at any time without notice. Cardingedge.com will not warrant that product descriptions, quantities in stock, prices, or other contents of the products as accurate, reliable, or current. All pre-release items are mock images that are provided by manufacturers and it may be different at time of its product release date.  Cardingedge.com is not responsible for the mock images.

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Our prices are based on current market activity to provide you with a very competitive and reasonable pricing.

Payment Options

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. For the safety and security of consumers and card holders, we may require to contact you for verification before the order is processed and shipped for large or even moderate credit card orders. 

Paypal: Paypal payments can be be paid directly through our checkout. If you prefer sending funds directly from your account, please address payments to admin@cardingedge.com

Bank Transfer: This option is only applicable for local purchases (from Singapore). Please contact sales@cardingedge.com to inquire about Bank Transfers.

Cash and Cheques: We do not accept cash and cheque payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that are paid by cheques. We are not responsible any lost or misdirected payments which are sent by mail.

GST is not applicable at this point in time.

"Wishlist"

Please feel free to utilise the 'wishlist' button on items that we have currently listed on our site, but are out of stock.  Selecting the 'wishlist' button allows the system to collect your interests. When and if the 'sold-out' items become available, the system will alert you with an email notification so that you can visit our site to place your orders for the desired item(s).  Please be sure to register online at www.cardingedge.com. There is no membership fee to sign up.   

The 'wishlist' function is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Refund/Exchange Policy

We aim to get our orders correct every time. In the event that the products shipped are not in accordance to your order, we will either absorb the postage fees for exchanges, or depending on the methods of payment, issue store credits or cheque refunds.

We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the items. Please contact us via our online contact form or email to sales@cardingedge.com

All merchandise for exchange must be in the same condition as they were sent. If the products have been opened, tampered with, played with, broken, or altered in any fashion, we will be unable to accept your claims.

For exchanges, please include the original invoice and we ask that you package all items carefully. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so we recommend that you use registered mail with tracking. Refunds and/or exchanges will be performed within 3 to 5 working days after the returns are received.

We regret to inform you that in the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will be only be able to offer a replacement item or store credits. Please take note that exchanges is only valid for one (1) time per product.

In the event that your parcel is returned to us for the following reasons, you will be required to top up for necessary postage:
a) Unclaimed
b) Incorrect/Insufficient address
c) Bulky parcel
d) Moved or No such Name/Company
e) Refused/Unable to deliver
f) Letterbox Full/Faulty/No letterbox
g) PO Box Closed
h) Others - A snapshot will be provided for your reference

In the event that our team has made an error resulting in any of the above, please rest assured that the re-delivery costs will be fully absorbed by us.

All other transactions are considered final.

Cancellations

Please e-mail sales@cardingedge.com if you would like to cancel an order. For orders that have not been “shipped”, we will cancel your order and if your order has been paid for, we will issue a refund. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be issued. For orders that have been “shipped”, sales will be considered final.

*Cardingedge.com reserves the right to cancel any orders without notice. All cancellations will be refunded in full.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Although these situations rarely occur, they are uncontrollable by Cardingedge.com’s supervision once the package is handled by the selected couriers. We trust our courier (Singpost) to deliver packages promptly and safely.  We package and handle orders with care. Our courier provides services to protect against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For peace of mind and safety, we suggest you select the registered mail option for proper tracking. If using an untraceable and uninsured method, Cardingedge.com will not be held liable to replace, re-ship, or refund for packages. If your package is traced as “delivered” and no one at the destination has received the package, please contact the courier to report the problem.
