Shipment and Returns


We make sure that your cards arrive in the best condition possible. They are kept in a card sleeve, which would be inserted into a hard cover and then sealed in a resealable bag. Finally, the cards would be packed safely in a hard bubble-wrap envelope complete with a "DO NOT BEND" stamp to seal the deal.

For bigger packages, we will use hard boxes with bubble wrap to minimise possibility of damages or squashed boxes. Local packages may come in SmartPacs with bubble wrap. 



Shipment (Local - Singapore): 

Free local normal mail shipment for purchases above $30 (for single cards).

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hrs after receipt of payment.

For purchases which do not qualify for free shipping, the following shipment methods are available:

Do note that while Singpost local normal mail is generally safe, we will not be responsible for any damages/lost mail by Singpost. 

For Registered Mail/SmartPac, a tracking number will be provided to you upon dispatch, for tracking purposes. 



Shipment (Overseas): 

For overseas shipment, 

Cardingedge ships internationally via Singapore Post (Singpost).

Delivery fees are levied based on the total weight of your purchases, which will be calculated automatically upon checkout. 

Do note that your parcel cannot be tracked if normal airmail is selected. 

Cardingedge will not be responsible for any lost normal airmail. Registered mail (at an additional cost of $3.00 per shipment) is recommended for all customers, for peace of mind. 

For Registered Mail, a tracking number will be provided to you upon dispatch for tracking purposes. 

Risk of loss for these items would be passed to you upon our delivery to SingPost.

Customs Charges

Cardingedge does not charge any customs duties on international shipments, however, we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs or post office for further information.



Refund/Exchange Policy

We aim to get our orders correct every time. In the event that the purchase is not in accordance to your order and you need to arrange for a refund/exchange - please contact us within 48 hours from the date of receipt of your products. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
